See Who Is Following Your Facebook Profile or Page

How to See Who Is Following Your Facebook Profile or Page

It’s important to be aware of potential visitors to your profile who are not part of your immediate friend circle, whether you use Facebook for personal, professional, or a combination of the two purposes.

If your profile is public rather than private, someone can secretly “follow” you instead of issuing a friend request, which will cause your posts to display in their News Feed without your knowledge.

In other words, it’s possible that more people than you realize are viewing your public updates.

How to see who is following you on Facebook

1. Select the “More” section under the “Friends” header.

2. Next, select “Following.”

3. Browse the list of people that are following you.

If they haven’t turned off this feature, you can send a friend request to anyone who is following you from this point. Facebook also displays any friends you may have in common. You may then examine how you might be related to this individual and why they might have begun following you.

How to see who is following your Facebook Pages

You may check who “follows” your Facebook Pages in addition to seeing who “likes” them, making a distinction from the people who “follow” your personal profile.

Facebook users have the option to “follow” a page even if they don’t like it. Unless the user turns it off, when they choose to “like,” that action also automatically activates the “follow” feature. On the page, users may also follow particular Facebook Shows.

Make sure you are on the “page” tab of your account in order to see who has followed your page. When you reach this part in the right sidebar, continue scrolling down.

Here, you can check not only how many people have liked but also followed your page. Since users can choose to follow and like simultaneously or simply one or the other, these figures may fluctuate.

To find out who exactly follows your page, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

1. Open your page’s “Settings” tab.

2. In the left sidebar, select “People and Other Pages.”

3. Click “People Who Follow This Page” from the menu.

You can see here who is currently following your page.
