How to Mark All Gmail Messages As Read
Marking emails as read might be an excellent place to start reclaiming your digital space, whether you’ve recently returned from vacation to an out-of-control inbox or you just want a fresh start without deleting everything.
However, you should be aware that you can only mark all of your emails as read in Gmail’s desktop application. You can only mark messages as read one at a time in the mobile app.
How to mark all emails as read in Gmail on desktop
To mark all emails as read in Gmail on desktop, you can use the following steps:
- Log in to your Gmail account on a web browser.
- Select the checkbox at the top of the email list to select all emails on the current page.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top of the page, next to the trash can icon, and select “Mark as read” from the dropdown menu.
