How to Tag a Video on Facebook
Sharing memories and experiences with others in a simple and effective manner is a nice feature of social networking. Not only does tagging videos on Facebook alert people that a video of them is on Facebook, but it also exposes the video to hundreds of people who might not have seen it otherwise. You can tag your own videos or the videos of others, but you must be Facebook friends with the person whose video you’re tagging.
To tag a video on Facebook, follow these steps:
- Go to your Facebook profile or the page where you want to post the video.
- Click the “Create” button and select “Video.”
- Select the video you want to upload from your computer or device.
- Enter a title and description for your video.
- In the “People” field, type the name of the person you want to tag. A list of suggestions will appear as you type.
- Click on the name of the person you want to tag when it appears in the list.
- Click “Post” to publish the video on your profile or page.
Keep in mind that you can only tag people who are your friends on Facebook, or who have liked your page. You can also tag pages or groups in your video by following the same process.
